I guess this is just an unsaid thing in the pop music performance world that lip syncing happens. Since there are not any musicians to look in some pop music performances, they need to have something appealing like and attractive performer who can dance and sing, along with all of the backup dancers, lighting, and a cool set. Today’s audiences are jaded, so the producers need to dazzle them with all of this. My 2 cents.

I agree with pocahontas. she can sing.
i’ve always wondered how singers can dance and sing at the same time (behold, the power of pre recording and lip synching), coz i remember trying to and failing horribly.
even pre-concert nerves can make you out of breath you know.

i still think brit can sing. she was awesome back in MMC.

i don’t like the voice her production team and managers tell her to use these days (there’s such a discrepancy between her MMC voice and her “sex kitten” voice of today…).

but she can sing.

she just sounds horrible in these isolated tracks coz she’s been dancing for like how many minutes straight? anyone would be out of breath and off-key.
